Shelly

The name Shelly is the diminutive of the name Michelle which means “Who is like God.” Shelly is an adorable, affectionate, loving little female caterpillar spirit. Born on April 25th, Shelly is a Taurus which makes her quite loyal and patient. In fact, after passing away, Shelly took residence in a gigantic stuffed caterpillar doll next to Jennie’s bed where she patiently waited for Jennie to notice her. Supposedly she had been waiting a long time! Finally, after Isaacs the squirrel made his presence known, Shelly told the animal communicator/ psychic that she was in the large caterpillar doll but that she would prefer a smaller body. So Shelly became the 4th spirit to request a body and the 5th member of the Perfect Team! When alive, Shelly was so tiny (nearly a fraction of a fingernail) that Jennie barely noticed her sitting on a piece of cabbage that she was about to wash and eat. Somehow Shelly managed to get Jennie’s attention and ended up being cared for by Jennie until she passed away. This actually happened a few times as Shelly continued to reincarnate and appear to Jennie on pieces of lettuce and cabbage until she finally decided to stay in Jennie’s bedroom in the giant caterpillar doll next to Jennie’s bed. That’s a very loyal caterpillar! Shelly can be possessive and territorial at times. She is also quite ravenous and loves eating food! She prefers to stay wrapped in her cabbage leaf “security blanket” as it makes her feel safe and secure. She can be a bit stubborn and stuck in her ways and prefers to stay in her comfort zone. Affectionate and cuddly, Shelly loves to be held and hugged. Overall, Shelly has a beautiful, comforting, grounding, loving energy. Her smile is contagious and one can’t help but smile when they look at her. Shelly is the Director of Hospitality of The Perfect team. Shelly specializes in patience, loyalty, comfort, safety, love, affection, food and all things pertaining to caterpillars!
